Hello Development Team,
There is a former employee, Kristi Ayala (terminated status), is not passing on the HR Simplified COBRA coverage file. She had medical before but at some point there was a medical waive placed on her account. Our account exec, Amber Love, has already removed this waive but it only fixed part of the issue. The member is now coming on the participant file, but still missing from the coverage file. Is there a way you can retrigger to have her come on the file or will this needs to be handle manually with the carrier?
