      Description

      Hello,

      Employees had no corrections, show on PDHT as 1/2/2018 enrollments but should be effective 1/1/2018.

      Please provide the 3 c's after correction. Correction requested as soon as possible. Production file to Carrier pending. Please treat as urgent item.

          Hi Veronica Blanco,

          We have corrected PDHT with effective 1/1/2018 and now you can pull file.

          Jyoti Mayne could please check why this PDHT get allocated with effective date 1/2/2018. Please find Employee_Details.xls attached corrected employee details and update 3c's to Veronica Blanco

          Please find below 3Cs :

          Concern Plan Design health tier showing incorrect dates
          Cause This is customization issue. PlanDesign MRH Savers High Deductible Health Plan have two mapping Medical PPO dup set to match, Medical HSA PPO and both mappings have same eligibility criteria, so when employee data gets change employee gets eligible to both the plan design health tier and term the earlier and allocate the new PDHT.
