Per the client:

I have two reports for County of Sutter that have not been working for the past week. I just realized this today. One is a a daily scheduled – BCC – Retiree Event Report. As of 11/25/2017 – it looks like the report failed, and has not generated since then. The other report is the BCC – County of Sutter COBRA Term Report. It runs twice a week, and failed on 11/27.

In checking the other groups in the system – it looks like none of the scheduled COBRA Term Reports are generating. They all failed on 11/27/2017 and did not generate on 11/30 or today 12/4.

Please let me know as soon as possible when this is corrected. We now have to manually run reports to gather the information to properly offer COBRA coverage. I am still in the process of checking all group, but I believe it is for all of our active groups with these reports set up.

Please let me know as soon as you have a response on this. It has happened once before earlier in the year. Is there something causing the reports not to run? Is there any way to know when the scheduled reports error out? Will you be able to get the old reports to run, or do we need to run manual reports to get the information missed on the scheduled reports that errored out?
