Per the client:
I have two reports for County of Sutter that have not been working for the past week. I just realized this today. One is a a daily scheduled – BCC – Retiree Event Report. As of 11/25/2017 – it looks like the report failed, and has not generated since then. The other report is the BCC – County of Sutter COBRA Term Report. It runs twice a week, and failed on 11/27.
In checking the other groups in the system – it looks like none of the scheduled COBRA Term Reports are generating. They all failed on 11/27/2017 and did not generate on 11/30 or today 12/4.
Please let me know as soon as possible when this is corrected. We now have to manually run reports to gather the information to properly offer COBRA coverage. I am still in the process of checking all group, but I believe it is for all of our active groups with these reports set up.

Please let me know as soon as you have a response on this. It has happened once before earlier in the year. Is there something causing the reports not to run? Is there any way to know when the scheduled reports error out? Will you be able to get the old reports to run, or do we need to run manual reports to get the information missed on the scheduled reports that errored out?

Following are the 3Cs:
Concern:
Multiple BCC Groups - Scheduled Reports
Cause:
Reports related patch was deployed in Production environment on 25-Nov-2017. In this patch, there were database as well as business logic changes related to Static Reports. Latest report dll was not deployed for Report Scheduler service but database related changes were updated for all companies. Due to this there was mismatch in code and database which caused error while processing report. This has only impacted the schedules related to Static Reports. WT-12622_BCCImpactedReportSchedules.xlsx
contains list of failed schedules.
Correction:
Latest reports dll is now deployed for Report Scheduler Service. Scheduled reports will get delivered as per their upcoming schedules.
Please note that, reports needs to executed manually for failed schedules.
