Verified Data loaded on Caring healthcare for hspl on production

Verified below imported data and following are observation :

• Employee Import - Data imported correctly also core plans are allocated.
• Spouse Import - Data imported correctly
• Child Import - Data imported correctly
• Medical Plan - For Medical Plan(PPO) employee and employer cost is zero, for other medical plans its looking correct.
• Dental - Employees are enrolled in plan
• Vision plan - Employees are enrolled in plan
• Life Plan - Employees are enrolled in plan with proper coverage, except spouse not enrolled in Spouse voluntary Life plan as most of them went for bad record
• Disability plan – Employees enrolled in plan with proper coverage
• Acc CI Plan - For accident Plan cost and coverage showing zero and For critical illness cost is zero, coverage is proper.

Our team is working on points reported by QA, meanwhile please look at the bad files and beneficiary file. ACC and CI plans are still under set up, we have loaded the data, but do you need us to load it again for ACC and CI?
