2) Employee Demographics - Pay Cycle value S should consider as 'Semi Monthly 5th' or 'Semi Monthly 7th' ?
3) Child Demographics - for Relationship, multiple DTS fields are present. Value C should considered as?
4) For Life, Dental, Vision, Medical, ACC & CI : January Data File is missing.
5) Medical - Plan Designer Identifier 'PPOC' does not exist.

2) Employee Demographics - Pay Cycle value S should consider as 'Semi Monthly 5th' or 'Semi Monthly 7th' ? I have uploaded a new file to Samir's folder that has the specific payroll schedules listed

3) Child Demographics - for Relationship, multiple DTS fields are present. Value C should considered as? Value C should be "Natural Child"
4) For Life, Dental, Vision, Medical, ACC & CI : January Data File is missing. We will not be loading January beneifits as we are not doing ACA for this group. The data being loaded is for historical purposes
5) Medical - Plan Designer Identifier 'PPOC' does not exist. This code is for the PPO COBRA Plan. I have updated the plan with PPOC
6) ACC & CI - Coverage Amount is zero for some records - This is correct we are just uploading cost

I need to have this data uploaded as fast as possible. If you load January and there are minimal kickouts please just continue to load the other months.

If we could have all the data loaded by Monday December 11th. I would really appreciate it. This group is going live on the 14th and we need to have time to correct the bad records.

We have started loading data today. Jan files are loaded and not found any major issues. There are only demographics files for Jan. We are loading Feb files and will share with you if found any issue.
Please note: This company is having around 1000 employees. On stage, for loading 1000 employees are taking considerable time. We are working on Saturday, but I do not think we would be able to complete this load by Monday because of size of data. We will try to finish this by Tuesday - 12/12/2017.

I have the UAT sign off for Caring Healthcare. Can we move the build up to production and load the rest of the data on production Saturday?

1) Beneficiary DOB is not proper
2) Mentioned plan design identifiers 'BL' and 'BADD' doesn't exist in system

Verified Data loaded on Caring healthcare for hspl on production

Verified below imported data and following are observation :

• Employee Import - Data imported correctly also core plans are allocated.
• Spouse Import - Data imported correctly
• Child Import - Data imported correctly
• Medical Plan - For Medical Plan(PPO) employee and employer cost is zero, for other medical plans its looking correct.
• Dental - Employees are enrolled in plan
• Vision plan - Employees are enrolled in plan
• Life Plan - Employees are enrolled in plan with proper coverage, except spouse not enrolled in Spouse voluntary Life plan as most of them went for bad record
• Disability plan – Employees enrolled in plan with proper coverage
• Acc CI Plan - For accident Plan cost and coverage showing zero and For critical illness cost is zero, coverage is proper.
