      Description

      Template Name : Superior Dental Care 834 5010

      Ive attached a screenshot but am getting an error when trying to expand Sub templates. Also having an error in the file where all Child Records are missing the N4 City State and Postal. Looks like it has been this way for a long time, and without seeing, I assume it is mapped to the Child School City State Postal. I will need to send OE tomorrow. Thanks Vinayak

          Hi Damion,

          Server error was momentary, It was because database user account was locked. It is now unlocked and you can open template.

          For child records having blank N4, all fields mapped in N4 are for child school, see below

          Please un-map these field and map it to regular child information city , state, postal and country field. Thanks.
