There is a problem with Workterra uploading the Import Files received from the ‘City of Oceanside’ client. Per reviewing, the Workterra Calendar it is displaying red, which indicates the file, was not uploaded. Therefore, the files have to be manually uploaded each week. Please let us know why this is occurring and what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
Client: Each week the Client posts their files between 12:00 am – 1:00 am.
Workterra: Per the Import Template ‘_Employee_Data_OnGoing’ the files are scheduled to be delivered every Monday at 12:00 pm.
Import Status Notifications: We receive a message that the file failed.
Export Feed List: Per reviewing the ‘Export Feed List From 11/27/2017 8AM To 11/28/2017 8AM PST’
