      Login: Partner

      steps:
      Scenario 1:
      1.Go to forms library page
      2.Select all checkbox

      Actual result: Common checkbox not selected
      Expected result:Common checkbox should be selected

      Scenario 2:
      deselect some checkbox.Common checkbox should be unselected.

      Scenario 3:
      select Common checkbox.
      forms categories on next page not get selected.
