Following is the Error log while exporting the template.

Hi Rakesh,
Error is not due to Enrollment provider name, see implementation of this fields ( select query), it doesn't look for provider selected on template.
The error was with other field related to provider ( provider group number ), that's from provider page and causing issues.
I have un-mapped it and re-sent the file. Please do not work on this or take this ahead. Thanks.

We have checked this and found that on Employee, Spouse and Child SubTemplate Enrollment Provider Name Field is mapped and on Template information screen in Provider Dropdown All Provider is selected as attached
, So While exporting Provider ID is passed as null, For which 0 is selected in Query and that 0 is used to fetch the Provider name from Provider table but no Rows are present against the Provider ID 0, Because of this mentioned error is logged while exporting the template.
Please suggest the respective Approach from following
1)Can we take this for code change(Should Consider All Provider ID if All selected).
2)Handle this by customization(Provider ID needs to select on template).
