Went through auditing the payroll file and came across 93 records with missing deduction codes:
Health Care Spending Account 2018
2018 Dependent Day Care Spending Account
Delta Dental PPO High Plan
Most of it is related to FSA and DCA. There's probably other plans I might miss on file, but can you take a further look? Please apply previous FSA/DCA to new 2018 FSA/DCA.
Example of employees affected are Esther Tanupan, YURI CUELLAR DE LA CRUZ, and Flor Lopez. Once updated, I will run another file tomorrow before sending. See attached deduction codes spreadsheet.
