12/27/17 - Connie from HBSI reported missing deduction info for STD plan. The plan she mention is called Sun Life Short Term Disability. The 2018 OE payroll full file for this facility already sent to Meditech. STD was never a selection on their 2017 meditech file. We had reached out to this facility back in 11/29/17, but didn't receive response back regarding new codes for Development to update. The only new plan we found in WT is called Voluntary STD - Outside CA with plan start date of 1/1/18. Only HBSI facility is eligible. Ran enrollment report shows 53 are enrolled. When adding the plan to company template for testing.... the deduction codes are coming out blank. Client provided code for the new STD plan:
