Here is log for import failure 1027201761350AM_5182_13122.txt
. This error was related to inconsistent data and that was because a yet to finish back end routine. Developer mistakenly loaded another file before finishing processing of last file.
Data was corrected and the file was loaded again. But since, enrollment was already terminated, import did not touched the rates related to that enrollment.
To overcome such issues, we have started adding our email address in templates. We do receive emails of import completion and then only we start to load new files.

During the data load, while uploading the life file, the import failed due to some reason. The issue occurred due to the import failure which did not update/terminated the previous rate. Hence the calculation was showing value in negative.
