      Description

      Can you please tell why Juan Forero has a negative total payroll deduction amount. It appear that the system is applying more credits than the employee has in deductions.

          Please Find Below 3Cs :

          Concern EE Juan Forero has a negative total payroll deduction amount getting show on confirmation statement
          Cause This is because EE had active rate for terminated elections. There were multiple imports done on ATC. Import team is looking more into this.
          Correction We have corrected rates termination date for 134 EEs and recalculate credit pool on HSPL. After QA verification, we will do this correction on main company.

          Affected EEs List :
          AffectedEmployeesAtc.xls
          We will share password in separate mail.

          Please Let us know in case of any query.

          I have verified credit pool on confirmation statement for employees attached in the sheet.
          It is showing the correct amount on HSPL copy. You can proceed to do the correction on the main company.

          Hi Debbie Kulling,

          During the data load, while uploading the life file, the import failed due to some reason. The issue occurred due to the import failure which did not update/terminated the previous rate. Hence the calculation was showing value in negative.

          Hi Debbie Kulling,

          Here is log for import failure 1027201761350AM_5182_13122.txt . This error was related to inconsistent data and that was because a yet to finish back end routine. Developer mistakenly loaded another file before finishing processing of last file.
          Data was corrected and the file was loaded again. But since, enrollment was already terminated, import did not touched the rates related to that enrollment.
          To overcome such issues, we have started adding our email address in templates. We do receive emails of import completion and then only we start to load new files.
