Hello Development Team,
Employee, Jason Alcott, and his medical family coverage is missing group # 1885CP according to the discrepancy report. This employee has 2 natural children and 1 domestic partner child enrolled into the plan Blue Cross HSA 497-CA PPO Plan Option 1. There was a new health tier recently added in WT called Employee + Children + Domestic Partners Child. I updated the existing health tier mapping 1885CN 1885CP and map this to 1885CP. I did a recalc on this employee but the group # still coming out blank. Please see screenshots. Let me know if you need additional info. Their next file is going out this Friday. Hopefully this can be resolve before then.
Thank you,
Alex

Hi Alex,
When we add new health tier then all existing enrollment which fall under that health-tier must be updated first before any recalc.
here, enrollment did not have new health tier associated because it was not created when enrollment added. Later when health tier added then it will not allocated policy number even if you do a recalc.
We have now updated enrollment with healthtier and recalculated policy number. it will appear correctly on file.
Also, For new tier, all rates and policy mappings must be updated. this enrollment do not have cost due to rate is not updated with new tier, see below.
We have recalc rate too for affected employees once all rates are updated with new tier. thanks.
