      Description

      Environment: stage
      Linked with form builder and verified Forms List - Checkbox not getting disabled - Fail

      steps:
      1.Linked forms with form builder
      2.form category checkbox getting disable but form checkbox not getting disable.
      3.Select checkbox of selected form and click on delete button

      Actual result: Getting server error
