Hello Vinayak Kulkarni,
Attached are a list of records with the issue reported by the facility. These are discrepancies found on the last payroll file they received. Their comments/feedbacks are in blue. Mine is in red. This is affecting nicotine users for example active FT employee, Donna Thomason, is enrolled in medical EPOPlan with tier coverage employee only. It's coming out deduction code 006.1 instead of 006.5. Client confirmed she should be getting 006.5.

Thank you for the update, Vinayak Kulkarni. According to Keenan, MRTX already made the necessary correction in Meditech. They are expecting the codes/amounts to come out correctly on future files. Because it's now a change file, I won't be able to check for those codes. We'll reopen the ticket if necessary, but I will let the client know it's updated and to notify us if issue persist.

Reopening to add work-log
Hi Alex,
Codes were built correctly but logic to fetch codes for smoker was wrong in a scenario where we have both codes ( smoker and non-smoker) for a particular plan. It was pulling up non-smoker codes for smoker employee as well.
Now we have updated logic correctly, please check. You may want to send a new file. Thanks.
