Description

1. Please change the rate effective date of the three rates below to 1/1/2018 and recalculate

2018 Anthem HMO Select 1 SZ - SC COBRA
2018 Anthem HMO Select 1000SZ - SC
2018 Anthem HMO Select 1000SZ - SC COBRA

2. I have a rate that is doubling and I cannot figure it out. Can you please research. Below are a few examples

Verified data correction for a reported employee on the Main company.
It showing proper rate for 2018 Anthem HMO Select 1 SC plan.
Cross verified on view enrollment summary and confirmation statement

Hi Debbie Kulling,

Please find below details:

#Issue1:

We have changed mentioned rate effective date to '01/01/2018' and then done rate recalculation, employee 'STRICKER MICHELLE' is affected.

#Issue2:

Rate '2018 6-1 ANTHEM HMO SELECT 1 SC' is deleted from system on date time '2017-12-12 09:36:43.520' but still allocation was there in system. Hence rate is doubling.
Additionally, we have found another deleted rate '2018 ANTHEM HMO SELECT 1 SC COBRA' and we have done the correction for the same.
We have scanned and done correction for attached employee EmployeeCorrection.xls.

Please confirm.
