Have referred, report named "ATC - Billing Detail" under standard reports.
Following are the updates for same:
1. This report is customized with coulmnwise option. There is different logic to display data for row wise and columnwise report. Logic to pull Self insured component details, is not implemented for columnwise format. Hence the error is appearing on executing the report.
2. We tried customizing row wise report, only for health benefit plans. It executed successfully. Please note that component related fix that we did for WT-12843 is not there in this company. We will do proper fix for all companies, after getting dedicated development time.
3. We also tried customizing, columnwise report, only for Non Health benefit plans. Report is getting timed out hence blank screen appears. Tried executing it with row wise format, report executed successfully.
With current implementation if we need to execute Billing report successfully, it needs to be broken and configured in following ways:
1. Separate row wise report for Health plans with Self Insured components selected.
2. Separate row wise report for Non Health plans.
Could you please try and verify Billing reports with mentioned customization.
Please note that, for issue fixes, development approval will be required.
