Export date: 01/03/2018 and 01/04/2018 files
Hello Vinayak Kulkarni,
The carrier has loaded the 01/03/2018 COBRA files . This was the file that you worked on with fixes, but there's only a small number of missing records/discrepancies. Another file with some issues is the 01/04/18 that went out last week from the scheduler (PT file failed and was manually exported). I am attaching the discrepancies. There are two tabs "01032018* and 01042018 on the spreadsheet correspond to the files.
The files will go out again tomorrow from scheduler. Should we take them off schedule while this gets resolve? Let me know if you need additional info. Will provide password in separate email.

Hi Alex,
As discussed, we can ignore 01/03 discrepancies.
For 01/04 file, it happened due to Current year flag was flipped to YES in 2017 for participant file and no flipping occurred for coverage file.
We will delete 01/04 run-date from group files, I will delete flag flipping data for participant file so that all files comes to same state and will let go all data on today's file. Thanks.
Thank you, Vinayak. Resending with all data since current year flag flipped in 2017 should take care of it. Sorry, I set the participant file to 'Yes' on the dashboard because it's a COBRA demographic file and thought it's required during OE. Will update documentation to not flip the flag on next OE. There is going to be a lot of discrepancies regarding duplicates that already processed, but we can ignore those as long as others are processed.
