Do you have a checklist that user needs to give you for SSO integration?
Was the setup sheet shared by Debbie comprehensive enough?
The question you raised about hard coded values not found in Workterra - was it answered? Is that something the checklist should have exposed?
The issue of mapping three CHUBB plans to one Workterra plan - it has no mention in the setup sheet. Is this something that should have been shared upfront?
Now that you have a separate change request for one to three mapping (WT-13335) can this ticket be closed?

No: this is runtime configuration which might not be applicable to every client.

No: this was not explicitly mentioned in the setup but we observed this while we were completing the setup and at the same time the we communicated this to Debbie Kulling but we have got no response which was later communicated to client.
