We have checked mentioned issue and this is same as NF-5375 which is already resolved in New UI.

Below are the 3C's:

Concern: Server error on plan eligibility report.
Cause: While configure Eligibility rule we have configured additional criteria as 'Mode Effective Date' in Rule_231 & same rule is available in Old Eligibility Rule section.

Due to 'Mode Effective Date' macro configuration server error is appearing because this Macro implementation is not present in old UI.
Correction: As mentioned this is already resolved in New-UI, but in Old-UI we can handle this with any one approach from below mentioned:.

• Quick Fix: Remove 'Mode Effective Date' macro from Rule_231.
• Permanent Fix: Merge NF-5375 code changes in Old-UI and deploy those changes on all environments.For this we will require deployment approval.

Please do let us know which approach you will prefer.

We tried with removing of 'Mode Effective Date' macro from Rule_231 in HSPL copy for Austin company and it is working as expected.

Kindly remove 'Mode Effective Date' macro from Rule_231 on main company and please confirm. Please let us know if more details required.
