KPAG - UHC Terminations

UHC has processed the weekly file with a large number of terminated records that have come through on the file feed. In researching the terminations we see that an import was done on 3/8/2016 labeled as “Development Import”. I spoke with Nancy at UHC and she said they can only retro back 60 days. This is rather urgent. Can you please have someone take a look at this and get any necessary enrollments reinstated. We need to get a corrected file out ASAP for any reinstated enrollments.
