We have scanned data for Mary Machacek employee and it seems everything is okay.

While scanning already delivered report it observe that Mary Machacek records delivered in a report which was delivered on the date 2017-12-19. Please ask Becky B. to verify attached zip file in email which was delivered on 2017-12-19 with email subject "Wacker COBRA Term Report Weekly".

If still not found delivered report in email inbox then please download delivered report from clicking on Schedule report> View Schedule report > Download. Attached screenshots for more details.

We have started our analysis to scan if any employees missed on Cobra schedule file but have not finished yet. This will get complete by 13th Feb 2018.

We have checked Cobra Term Report schedules into system for this company and we found that 2 schedules failed for same report. Please refer screenshot:

Below are the 3C's:
Concern: Cobra Term Report schedule 2 files not delivered for date-range 2017-11-21 to 2017-12-05.
Cause: These schedules failed due to for deployment issue with scheduler service on production which is already resolved in WT-12622.
Correction: If need to pull-out missed files for date-range 2017-11-21 to 2017-12-05. (i.e. Which were expected to deliver through scheduler on the date 2017-12-05 & 2017-11-28) then we can achieve this with pulling report with specifying date-range. While pull this report (in preview mode) need to specify date-range 2017-11-21 as From-Date and 2017-12-05 as To-Date so it will pull all Cobra Term employees report (i.e. missed to deliver) into one file with saving it into Export to excel.

Van Nguyen Hey Van, I can't really tell if there are others missed. Are they saying that 2 files failed and all on those files were not sent? Were they then sent in Jan? I just need to let the client know if anyone else was missed.

Yes, As mentioned only two times report file not delivered due to issue was with scheduler service other than that all files (i.e. including Jan & months) sent through report schedule (i.e. Cobra Term Report weekly).
