The above EPT employee elected coverage in 2017; however, his payroll deduction information was apparently not sent over to the City so the City never took deductions from his paycheck. Can you check to see if his elections were in fact sent on the City’s payroll deduction report, or if there was a problem with the information.

Can you let us know why the enrollment for 02/01/2017 did not export on any file in 2017? The flag was current year, but did the election get flagged not to send. This record was never triggered on an OE file? The flag would have been future election = No and this triggered the record to export?
