Hi Satya,

I looked for the payroll deduction that would have gone over on the 12/15/2016 global payroll file called _Irvine Payroll 2013 BW Changes File but I do not see a deduction on the file.
Can you please let us know if a deduction exported out for this employee Payroll ID 10118 for the Kaiser Traditional - PT plan on any of the payroll files. It would have been the Employee only tier with a deduction amount.

I have attached a screen shot of the election history.

Please find below details for the reported employees enrollment, record were not sent in 2016 due to current year flag was set to yes when enrollment was added.

1) 2016 OE file sent date : 11/10/2016
2) Enrollment added on 12/14/2016 with enrollment effective date 02/01/2017
3) Next change file ran on 12/15/2016 with current year flag was yes : so in this file this enrollment was not sent as enrollment was effective next year as off file run date.
4) Enrollment terminated on 10/19/2017 with termination date 12/31/2017.
5) 2017's first test OE file exported on 11/14/2017(manually exported by Chris) had this record,

Hi,
The file for OE drops the terminations. I pulled the file before the OE file that was sent and the values was 0 (see screenshot) so the employee would not have received the deduction even if it was exported on the file.

Not sure why the enrollment for Kaiser was zero.

Can you let us know why the enrollment for 02/01/2017 did not export on any file in 2017? The flag was current year, but did the election get flagged not to send. This record was never triggered on an OE file? The flag would have been future election = No and this triggered the record to export?

1) Not sure why the enrollment for Kaiser was zero?
Dev's comment : Yes, on 11/14/2017's exported file record was present with Zero. Because enrollments was terminated on 10/19/2017 and also Enrollment Termination Payroll Indicator is mapped. Enrollment Termination Payroll Indicator sends employee cost 0.00 for terminated enrollments.This the main reason record came with Zero.

2) Can you let us know why the enrollment for 02/01/2017 did not export on any file in 2017?
Dev's comments : 2016's OE file sent on or before 12/05/2016, after that Enrollment added on 12/14/2016 with enrollment effective date 02/01/2017, File was change file throughout the year.
Next change file ran on 12/15/2016 with current year flag was yes. so in this file this enrollment was not sent as enrollment was effective next year as off file run date.

As 2016 OE file was already sent, current year flag should have been set to No. This step was missed for 12/15/2016's file only. Then on 12/21/2016 current year flag set to No.

3) The flag would have been future election = No and this triggered the record to export?
Dev's comments : Yes if the flag have been future election No then records would export on February's first file. But that customization depends on clients requirements.

We scanned such employees and we found only one employee that did not sent over the files.

Employee : MELISSA FOX. Enrollments added for plans Kaiser, Guardian Incentive PPO, VSP Vision Base Plan on 12/14/2016 with effective date 01/01/2017, But did not export on next file. At that time file criteria was Current Year Election Yes.
Payroll File No is 9161
