Hello Development Team,
I finished building the 2018 COBRApoint files in production for the client and is currently in testing. All standard event builders have been added by the CT team. The event reason was recently updated after employees were terminated, so this appears to be the reason the EventType is coming out blank? Both employees were terminated in January, but only Shaun Jones is passing on the QB file. Not sure why Andrew Doherty is missing.
Both records should be getting EventType TERMINATION. Also CoverageLevel is coming out blank. Attached is the crosswalk structure with coverage level next to the COBRApoint plans. Also attaching the file spec in case you need it.

Thank you so much Vinayak Kulkarni. I do see all issues have been corrected on the QB file for both terminated employees and is ready to go to carrier for testing.

Closing ticket. The event type and other values are now coming out on latest files. Carrier was able to load successfully into their system.

Hi Alex,
Yes, blank Event Type is populating due to reason updated later on.
For coverage tier, there were no entries at back-end file, we have added it now.
For Andrew Doherty not populating on file, employee's termination event was not captured and now we have added scanning and correction activity every day for such issue, so that will not happen again.
We have exported a file after data correction and adding coverage tier at back-end file, both employees populated with event type and coverage tier. Please check last exported file and let us know if you face any issues in this, Thanks.
