We have deleted below two fields from Add Employee and Demographics page:
1)DO NOT USE Spouse Eligibility Status
2) DO NOT USE Retiree Eligibility Status.

There is one more field which is only on Demographics named "DO NOT USE Retiree Eligibility Status" with options "-SELECT-", and "DRS Washington Retiree".
Should we delete it also?

The following request was made in the email below when the UAT was submitted last week…

Please remove the following User Defined fields: DO NOT USE Spouse Eligibility Status and DO NOT USE Retiree Eligibility Status. I’ve attached a screen print of the Add Employee screen for your reference. Please note these incorrect user defined fields are in the Form Builders: Add Employee and Demographic Information.

In Production: the DO NOT USE user defined fields were removed from Add Employee but DO NOT USE Retiree Eligibility Status is still showing in Demographics.

It is also appearing in Pre-prod- Demographics too.

Can you please remove from both live and pre-prod?
