I also checked connection by creating a new test employee, and I got successful connection

Hi Debbie Kulling,

After discussion and analysis it has been concluded that , this kind of issues may come due to presence of test employee with same id on chubb portal. It has been decided that, whenever we create any test employee, it should get deleted from CHUBB side immediately after testing.

Refer attached email for more details.
