      Description

Template Name : ATC Metlife_CI ACC
Can you look at the file run on this company template? Some Employees are passing and they do'nt have Dependents, however are passing Dependent Rows without any data other than the Accident Coverage block starting in position 732 - 766
Anderson Nickolas has no dependents enrolled in Accident but the fiel is fetch Dependent rows.

How can I supress this when Spouse or Child are not enrolled. I I tried the Do not write record row if not enrolled indicator but it doesnt work.

      Thank you

          Hi Damion M Velasquez,

Enrollment Dependent On Subscriber Sub Template Indicator is mapped in spouse and child sub template therefore this indicator makes that sub template as employee sub template. Due to which records are populating from spouse and child sub templates.
We need to remove this indicator to get rid of this problem.

We also found that dependents are not enrolled into Critical Illness - MetLife benefit plans, therefore dependent records for plans Critical Illness - Employee + Spouse, Critical Illness - Employee + Child, Critical Illness - Employee + Family will not export from dependents sub template as only employee is covered in this enrollment.

Let us know if you have any queries on this.

          Hi Damion M Velasquez,

In the system, there is an issue when we map Enrollment approved coverage amount in child sub template's conditional rule and this needs to be resolved. However if we resolved this error, the approved coverage amount will not get correctly for dependents sub template. it will fetch spouse coverage amount or child coverage amount for dependents for Critical Illness - MetLife benefit plans, and the thing is dependents are not enrolled into these plans so amount would come zero.

Can you please clearly spell out the following?

          • Damion has unmapped the indicator as you advised. What else he needs to do to get his template working correctly?
          • Your last explanation is not clear at all. Are you talking about a bug? You are also saying that if that bug is resolved, some other problem will come up?

          Hi Abhay,

Requirement is to pass dependents records if they are enrolled into critical illness on file.

Problem is, we have four plans

          1] Critical illness - employee
          2] Critical illness - employee + Spouse
          3] Critical illness - employee + Child
          4] Critical illness - employee + Family

But in all these plan, only employee can be enrolled in WT.

This means, if employee is enrolled into Critical illness - employee + Spouse then we have to send employee and spouse record to metlife on file

and if employee is enrolled into Critical illness - employee + Child then we have to send employee and child record to metlife on file

However, we cannot get these dependents records on file while populating these enrollments unless and until dependents are actually enrolled , we cannot send dependent records by just name of plan being employee + child or employee + spouse.

And Damion M Velasquez was trying to get these records by some customization which caused server error and Rajendra Pawar said its due to some code issue, However even if we do solve that code issue, we will not be able to get dependent records with this plan setup no matter what kind of customization we do.

Damion M Velasquez please correct me or add if anything is missed here. Thanks.
