2018 flex plans were not added into back end config file, now we have added 2018 flex plans for all client. Going forward, you will get members specific rates for terminated flex plan.

Can you advise on this process? We were under the impression that this would be automatically done. We will also need to know which clients this may have impacted as EDI in US does not have access to the back end configuration. I will monitor the JE Dunn File,

Hi Damion,

We usually update config file for next new year in December month, these updates include adding new flex plan for discovery benefits for applicable clients, adding new payroll cycle for Irvine as it have special coding and adding new benefit type for group term life impute amount if applicable etc.

We do this activity every year in December, However this activity was not completely done in 2017 December and that is why new flex plan of JE dunn discovery benefits file was not added it. We will think of ways to automate this and try to minimize back-end dependency in this year.
