Server Encountered an Internal Error received in Pending Queue

      Description

      Client: GFC was working in pending queue trying to accept changes and received this
      "Server encountered an internal error. Please contact your administrator"
      when hitting accept. I attempted this myself and received the same error.
      If I'm creating this ticket in the incorrect place, my apology.

            Hi Jennifer Mitchell

            This issue is solved we have Verified on Production GFC for hspl company consider below scenarios:
            1]Election Accept/reject
            2]EOI pending Accept/Reject.
            3]Force plan Accept/ Reject
            4]Waived Elections Accept/Reject
            5]QE Accept/reject

            It is working fine not getting the server error.
            Please confirm at your end.

            Below is issue details

            Concern: Server error is coming on approving/rejecting Employee data/election/QE/waived benefits on Pending Queue/Review Changes screen

            Cause: Yesterday 2/19 WT-11591 patch was deployed on Production. Code change was in generic function and its reference is in another project (Benefits) project. But as we only build & move DLL which are affected, due to that dependent project was not rebuild, hence given issue is coming.

            Correction: We had rebuild dependent project and deployed on Production.
