Following are the steps -

1) Employee through UI/Import -> Employee enrolled in Plan A(Supplemental life)-Core Plan
Eligibility Rule on supp life plan - Employee not enrolled in equal to AD&D
2)Later after Employee enrolled in Plan B(Supplemental AD&D)
As employee enrolled in Plan B, Plan A should be Terminated.
Actual Result - Plan A not terminates

Additionally cross verified by applying eligibility rule on AD&D plan also - Scenario wont work
