Please refer below 3C's :
Concern : Pre-Tax is getting displayed on confirmation statement report for plan 'Accidental Insurance'.
Cause :
- System shows Pre/Post Tax label on confirmation statement report, according to the plan design cost and coverage screen 'Tax For Benefit Plan' flag value.
- Initially this flag value was set to 'Pre-Tax' and on 2/22/2018 it got changed to 'Post-Tax'. PFA screen shot.
- But all the enrollment in 'Accidental Insurance' plan was made before date time 2/22/18. Hence 'Pre-Tax' is getting displayed on report.
Correction: We have scanned all plans enrollments and found only reported plan 'Accidental Insurance' is affected. We have corrected data for attached employees Affected_Employee_WT-13449.xls
.
Now confirmation statement report is showing Post Tax for 'Accidental Insurance' plan.
