The client has noted and I have validated the these three individuals did not come over on their Benefit Change Report after their elections were made. Can you please review the records to see why these three got hung up in the system as it caused delays in their payroll deductions to start. We need a full audit of this template done to validate there are no records missing from this report from the past. Also please provide the 3C's for this review so we can explain it back to the client for future reference.

The three people in discussion are
1. Adam Rapka - Made NH elections on 11/5, should have been on 11/7 file and there was no record found. I also checked 11/14 and 11/21 no record found
2. Jennifer Austin - Made NH elections on 11/14, should have been on 11/21 and there was no record found. I also checked 11/28 and 12/05 no record found
3. Kristine Arriaga - Made NH elections on 11/7, should have been on 11/14 file and there was no record found. I also checked the 11/21, 11/28, and 12/5 no record found
