Hi Debbie,

We have created "Demo invoice" on ‘Superior Court of California - County of Riverside’ company for Medical - Kaiser CA HMO plan for January, February and March 2016 month.

Scenario1: We have opt out spouse from this plan for employee "ADELAIDA HAYEN" by initiating retro QE "1/1/2016". So in March month invoice, you can see adjustment details.

Scenario2: We have opt out spouse from this plan for employee "EDWIN VILLALOBOS" by initiating QE "3/15/2016". So in any month you can not see any adjustment details for this employee.

Scenario3: We have finalized January month Invoice. So that you can compare it with March month Invoice and will be able to see these both employees in Discrepancy.

Let us know if we can have demo again on 3/30/2016 7:00 AM PDT before your call with BCC to go through these?

We can close this issue. Dev is work on a file to accommodate the invoice needs for BCC until the Invoice Management module can be developed
