            Verified on LB using company DC. Observed issue with customization of combo 'Display SSN or Employee ID' . Though value 'Employee ID' is selected, 'Social Security Number' section is visible. Please display SSN or Employee ID as per selection. PFA screen shot. QA-1.png & QA-2.png

            Condition of SSN or Employee ID is checked.
            Now it is displaying as per combo selection.

            Verified on LB using company DC. Above issue is fixed now. While JIRA WT-4973 and WT-4974 are open, marking ready for stage after discussion with Satya.
