for both Wacker Neuson Corporation and Metso Benefits the Gender and Date of Birth fields are NOT selected in the format confirmation statement section however when you export to PDF to print the statement the fields show and they show as blank. can the PDF export be updated to not display these fields if the fields are not selected on the format confirmation statement configuration setting?

Hello Satya,
As per our discussion for WT-1722 , there are 2 assumptions as follows:
1.SSN,Date of birth and gender should not be disabled from format configuration page.
2.If they are disabled then you can see textboxes empty for above fields.
Now If they don't want to show the Gender and Date of Birth fields if they are disabled then we can do that but then right side of page will be blank.

If date and gender are unchecked from confirmation format page, it will not be shown on print as well as pdf. It will be same as confirmation page.

As per our discussion today in the morning, We did changes in confirmation print and pdf format.
But we observed 1 thing is :
If in format confirmation page-> Demographic -> if we unchecked SSN or employee ID from demographic page and outside demographic page,there is a list to display either SSN or Employee ID
then it is not shown in confirmation page.

We have verified the fix on Stage environment, now Gender and Date of Birth fields are not displaying in Confirmation Statement when not selected from Format Confirmation Statement. Refer below screenshot for more details.
