      Description

      Steps:-
      1. Go to employee level and take confirmation statement
      2. Reports - >Static Report ->Confirmation statement report -> Run

            Hello Kunal Kedari,

            Concern : Confirmation statement is not in sync

            Cause : It was because of fieldset tag. It was not showing proper textbox

            Correction : Instead of using fieldset tag, div tag is used and now it is looking properly.

            We have verified this fix on Production, working as expected. Textbox lines are displaying properly on confirmation statement.
