WT -> NULL QE ID - Employee Data Change

      Description

      Please refer WT 1766 for reference.

      Whenever employee initiates a QE - make some employee data changes - which causes terminations in few existing elections

      • View History does not show the QE name in the respective record (termination and election requests). Does it mean the QE id is pass as NULL ?

      Please also check this with and without Admin Verification Required.
