QE name cannot be seen from CA and partner login

      Description

      Steps:

      1] Login as CA
      2] raise QE
      3] change from spouse to exspouse
      4] goto view history >> QE name cannot beseen.

            checked above mentioned scenario on stage >> working fine
            other scenarios testing is in progress,will complete by tomorrow

            verified following scenarios as well :

            1] With partner/CA login >> goto employee level >> check the plan where EE+SP is enrolled >> raise a QE uncheck SP from that plan and enroll >> go to view history >> in history mentioned changes done from QE can be seen.
            2] Go to EE tunnel thereby raising a QE >> do some changes in tunnel >> finish the tunnel >> view the history from partner/CA login >> changes done in tunnel wrt to raised QE can be seen.
            3] Checked both the above scenarios from divorce QE as well.

            Sheetal Bodhale Verified all the above scenarios on production working fine.
