      Description

      Log for the Service is as below,

      Service Schedular - Eligibility Check And Ineligible Cobra Dependent
      Service execution failed for following companies:
      Company : Alecto Healthcare
      .
      Kindly refer the detailed log datewise in folder ServiceSchedularErrorLog.

      Error Source : EligibilityCheckService.EligibilityCheckAndIneligibleCobraDependent->EligibilityCheckService.TerminateIneligibleDependentEnrollment_Optimized->EligibilityCheckService.InsertIntoIneligibleDependentTable

            Worked on this issue
            Can not reproduce on production for "Alecto Healthcare" Company

            Issue again occurred for company "Turlock Irrigation District" - but with different log

            • The detailed log for this company is as below :
              EligibilityCheckService.EligibilityCheckAndIneligibleCobraDependent->EligibilityCheckService.GetFilteredListOfEnrollment
              Error Description : Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '65~1589' Key being added: '65~1589'

            Primary analysis for this issue is employee got enrolled multiple times in one plan,need more time and help for detailed analysis.

            Hi Amnesh Goel
            For company "Turlock Irrigation District" there is incorrect data present for "Compass Accident Plan" for one employee
            PFA the error occurred due to this reason.
            Need data correction to fix this issue.

            The service scheduler failed for other company also.
            Please find the attachment for detailed log ServiceScheduler Log_WT-1948.txt
            Need database to find out more detail.
            We are not considering deadlock error and mail attachment error

            This service issue is very old and because of duplicate enrollment issue was coming.
            And data correction already did by the Sujit.
            Could you please let me know can we close this issue?
