Steps :
1) Add benefit line items on format total compensation statement.
2) Create one import template and mapped all fields properly.
3) Delete one benefit line items from format total compensation statement.
NOTE : Mapping are deleted properly on Template - Field Mapping But it not appears under Template Fields list.
