Can someone please check Marilyn Davis. She went on KSA on 12/1/15 so I used the Medicare QE to put her on there. When I ran her confirmation statement, it showed both KSA and UHC (which she changed to during OE) in the Future section. I tried to initiate an Admin QE to waive it as of 1.1.16, but it doesn't show as waived.

I think this is happening because the new plan is showing for 1.1.16 - but I want to be sure that the KSA plan she is under for December only will automatically terminate because the plan no longer exists. I'm worried because there is no term date on the KSA plan. Same goes for the vision plan.

Please find 3C's of below mentioned issue,

Concern: Future enrollments in "Retiree Kaiser Senior Advantage" and "VSP Retiree Vision" shown in Confirmation statement of employee Marilyn Davis as well as no termination date shown for same plans in current enrollments even plan temination date is '12/31/2015'.

Cause: There was NULL entry for Enrollment termination date for these enrollments in Database.

Correction: We have updated enrollment termination date from back-end to '12/31/2015' and ran confirmation statement. Now it is showing termination date for current enrollments for plans "Retiree Kaiser Senior Advantage" and "VSP Retiree Vision" as well as no future enrollments are there for these plans.
