      Description

      Can you please let us know if a pop-up is possible on this window in the event that the employee does not remember their password and security questions. No directions are provided when security questions are failed.

            Hi Diana McKenzie,

            System already flashes a message if employee enters wrong answers to security questions (see below snapshot).

            If employee neither remember password nor the answer to security questions then he can approach to Company Admin to reset the password.

            The system message does not currently direct the employee to obtain further assistance from the Company Admin. We would like either a pop-up (since the message is difficult to see) or to change the message verbiage to include directions on seeking further assistance.

            Pop-up will not a good option here. However, if required, you can take mockup from Tushar.

            Instead of a pop up, is there a possibility to add a statement on the bottom of this page where I have a red box for employees to contact customer service for password resets? Just a general blanket statement?

            Yes then can be done, but this will be considered as change request.
