We are having difficulty with Workterra being able to transfer a file to MedImpacts server, and this port seems to not be open or allowed. Recently we were having this same issue with Humana Port 5630. Several emails have gone out regarding this with no response. Additionally these files are now working, but no one has reached out to EDI to 1, tell us it is working, and 2, what happened to fix it. This information is crucial to EDI being able to determine where an issue lies, and how to go about requesting DEV’s assistance. Please advise
