            While verifying this, we observed that file extension for images are getting changed from .PNG to .JPG, which caused these issues.

            Please make sure these are not done from our side. In case any help required, we should approach to UX team for these changes. Please verify this and still you observe any issue, please upload images/video file again through UI with correct file extension.
