Clarke - onboarding Module Demo - font sizes for mapping pulls, labels and text on the form are all different

Client sees this as a MUST HAVE: The font sizes between what the mapping pulls in and the labels and the other text on the form are all different. Client (Clear Concepts for Clarke) wasn't able to make those uniform throughout the form.

"I cannot believe that it is designed to look all wonky on purpose. Why would anyone make it so that the fonts and sizes were different like that? If it is indeed an "enhancement" to get it to look polished instead of like a ransom note then I think they need to do a better job of specking the deliverables when these sorts of things are done to start with. All that said, if there are enhancements in the works for forms that is good news because overall, they look pretty bad. I have been working with them for years with the State Health form being the most long standing and important. It does not look very good and messes with the SHBP logo size of its own volition. I would love to talk about all the issues with forms if there is indeed a current project to get them looking good. Thanks, Ali Stinson, Clear Concepts
