ACA - Able to delete eligibility rule when its in use on EIN classes Mapping tab of company information

      Description

      Prerequisite -
      1] Eligibility rule (Rule 1) is created by using classes and status
      2] Eligibility rule created in prerequisite 1 is used on EIN Classes Mapping screen

      Step
      1] Log in to LB
      2] Select Company
      3] Go to BenAdmin -> Customizer -. Eligibility Rules
      4] Select Rule 1 created in prerequisite

      Actual Result - Allow to delete the eligibility rule which is in use
      Expected Result - Should show proper message like "Eligibility rule is in use, eligibility rule can not be deleted"

            Cocern : Able to delete eligibility rule when its in use on EIN classes Mapping tab of company information

            Cause : We have not updated our UDF.It needs to be updated each time we add generic component to new page
            .
            Correction : Added changes to respective UDF i.e dbo.OES_UDF_IsEligibilityRuleInUse

            Verified on Stage, working fine.
            Now unable to delete eligibility rule which is used on EIN classes mapping page.
