1) Should that password email NOT being sent for JE DUNN client?
2) Is the link in the email NOT a JE DUNN link?
Client is about to send communications to 250 plus EEs about their HSA plan so there are a lot of EES about to access WORKTERRA that may not know their password. Before they send that email out they found the following password reset issues.
NOTE: JE DUNN access link has the website set up such that they don't enter in company name JE DUNN but they do have to do that for the password reset.
Client issue reported:
The employee is Megan Zorbini, she clicked on the ‘forgot password’ from the JE Dunn branded URL login page.
She then received the page where she was to enter her User ID and the Company (JE DUNN) and answered her two security questions.
She did that and then received the attached email (forgot password verification) When she clicked on the link provided in the email she was taken immediately back to the ‘forgot password’ page where she was to enter in again her username and je dunn for the company, as well as re-enter her answers to her security questions.
THEN she received the page to ‘reset her password’. Why would she not have received that ‘reset password’ page, rather than being taken back to the ‘forgot password’ page with the security questions?
Once she reset her password, then she received the NON-JE DUNN branded login page (see attached).
